Sales & Customer Service Representative

iTeraSource Philippines Corp. is looking for a results-driven Sales & Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, generating leads, managing collections, contributing to the Win Back department, and tracking competitor activity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a self-storage or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
