As a Sales Representative – Appointment Setter, you will be a critical part of iTeraSOURCE’s sales team. Your primary responsibility is to engage our client iTeraTEL’s potential business clients, introduce iTeraTEL’s cutting-edge telecommunications services, and secure appointments for our field sales representatives. You will focus on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
This is an in office role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach. At this time there are no remote working positions available. This will be an overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Research and identify potential business clients who can benefit from iTeraTEL’s telecommunication services, including cloud phone systems, internet solutions, and IT integrations.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage decision-makers.
Customer Engagement:
- Introduce iTeraTEL’s services, highlighting benefits such as reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Use probing questions to qualify leads and uncover business needs or pain points related to telecom services.
- Educate prospects about iTeraTEL’s unique offerings, such as Microsoft Teams integration, high-speed internet, and tailored solutions.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule qualified appointments for field sales representatives, ensuring all necessary details are documented for a smooth transition.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain interest.
CRM Management:
- Accurately log all interactions, prospect details, and next steps in the CRM system.
- Track progress against targets and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with the sales team to align on outreach strategies and share feedback from prospects.
- Stay updated on iTeraTEL’s services, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with telecommunications or IT services is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Persuasive and confident, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
